Our organization offers a comprehensive range of services to meet our clients structural engineering needs. Our services include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Foundations: We specialize in designing and field observation of slab on grade foundations, crawl space, and most basement types (full, raised, English, daylight, walk out, walk up, dropped garage, and garage under), structural garage slabs (one way and two ways), pile ‘deep’ foundations, and cantilevered retaining walls.

• Floors, Roofs, and Walls: We provide the most economical and workable structural systems for prefabricated and/or conventionally framed structures (stick framing). Our structural engineering includes vertical and lateral analysis and design (lateral design includes wind and seismic structural design/calculations).  Main frame design that includes conventional or pre-engineered headers, beams, columns, studs, decks, etc.

• Drafting: We provide AutoCAD drafting of all generated structural construction documents as listed above.

• Shop Drawings Review: We perform a structural review/approval process for roof, floor, and foundation shop drawings. Such shops include (wood roof shops, wood open web floor shops, TJI / I wood joists, steel rebar shops, steel beams and columns shops).

• Site Visits, Letters, and Repair Sketches: We do field observe of a variety of projects on-site and follow up with reports/punch list and repair sketches, as well as certification letters/as built record plans.

• Building Departments: We correspond/meet with building officials and provide clarifications, calculations, and/or certified letters to address any structural questions they may have.

• Codes: We are familiar with the latest building codes and regulations to ensure that our designs are compliant with the latest standards.

• Accessibility: We are committed to providing excellent customer service. We always return our clients’ phone calls, emails, and faxes within the hour or maximum the day.
